The product I'd like to order is not available, when will it be back in stock?

We work with small manufacturers producing high-quality products in limited quantities. Please contact our team at contact@dreamoir.co.uk and we'll be able to advise on lead times.

Do you have UK stock available?

We stock a selection of products in the UK available for delivery within 2-5 days. These products are marked on our website as "limited edition". If the product you're looking for is not currently available, please contact us at contact@dreamoir.co.uk.

Are your products sustainable?

Absolutely. At Dreamoir, sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We source materials responsibly and work with small European manufacturers that share our commitment to ethical practices and reducing environmental impact.

Where are your products made and sourced from?

All products sold on our website are made in Europe by small independent companies. These small businesses provide excellent quality control as they produce in limited quantities only.

What is a Cardicoat?

How do I care for my Dreamoir garments?

To keep your Dreamoir clothing in the best condition, we recommend following the care instructions provided on each garment's label.

How do I choose the right size?

How long will it take to receive my order?

The shipping time is 2-5 days with standard shipping in mainland UK. If the items in your order are out of stock at the time of purchase (backorder), the estimated delivery time is 3-4 weeks. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking number or contact our team at contact@dreamoir.co.uk.

When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours. You'll receive a shipment confirmation email once the tracking number is available.

Note: If you order multiple items from our store, they will arrive in one package. Please note that packages are only shipped when all items are available, so delays may occur.

Which courier do you use?

All standard shipping orders are delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Can I track my parcel?

A tracking number will be sent to you by email within 24 business hours after your order has been placed. If you haven't received your tracking number within this timeframe, please contact our team at contact@dreamoir.co.uk.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Contact our team at contact@dreamoir.co.uk and we'll arrange for a replacement of your item in line with our return policy and terms and conditions.

What is your return policy?

All eligible items will be accepted back with a full refund if they meet all of our returns terms and conditions and a request has been submitted within 14 days of receipt of the package.

Can I amend my order or delivery address once I've placed an order?

Unfortunately, we're not able to amend the order or change the delivery address once the item is shipped. If a change is absolutely necessary, please contact us at contact@dreamoir.co.uk as soon as possible after the order has been placed, and we'll try to help.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to mainland UK only. We're working to expand our shipping options, so please check back or contact our team at contact@dreamoir.co.uk for updates.
